St. Mary’s University has unveiled a challenging new disc golf course nestled in the wooded northwest corner of its campus. Designed as a nine-hole loop with alternate tees for 18 unique looks, the course features tight fairways, tricky gaps, and significant elevation changes, making it a true test for intermediate and advanced players.

The Strathmore disc golf course, turning 10 in 2025, was created by a high school youth group that fundraised, secured sponsorships, and partnered with the town to build and maintain a community-driven course that has since hosted major tournaments and evolved into a cherished local landmark.
